You will receive multiple reminders and an invoice for domain renewal 21 days before expiry. Your domain will be renewed automatically when you have completed payment for this invoice.
However, should you wish to renew your domain early, you can do so by following the procedure below.
Manual Domain Renewal
Head over to the renewal page for your domain. The renewal page for domains can be found by clicking on the "Renew Domains" link of the domains menu.
If you have only one registered domain you will see a similar page as the screenshot below. If you have multiple domains registered with us you will be presented with a list from which you can select the domains that should be renewed. It is also possible to batch renew a larger number of domains.
Select the length of renewal that you require and click on the "view cart" button. On the following page you can finalize payment for your domain.
Further recommendations
WOKTRON recommend that you renew your domain names early, to avoid problems and possible loss of your prized domain name.
After the domain expiration date there is a short, non guaranteed, timeframe in which we can attempt to recover your domain name for you. This grace period lasts for up to 30 days. After this phase your domain enters the Redemption Grace Period (more information here).
Ultimately, you are at the mercy of the registrars we work with, which are ENOM and NetEarthOne. Both are dependable ICANN acredited domain registrars.
Woktron have set the invoice due date for renewal of domains 5 days prior to the actual expiration date of your domain. This is done to avoid loss of your domain due to unforeseen problems.
More information about our invoicing policies can be found on the When will i receive my invoice? page.
