You do need to ensure you have purchased enough backup space to support the policy required which we can help you estimate.

Our FTP backup service will automatically warn you via email when you are close to using all your available space.
If required, you can upgrade your backup space at any time from our client panel.
Your data is stored in your ISO certified datacenter of choice with a network uptime of 99.99+%.
In addition, to ensure that your data is safe at all times, all data is replicated twice daily to multiple offsite datacenter locations while complying fully with GDPR and local privacy regulations.

Backups are automatically encrypted in transit, provided you utilize a secure transfer method such as FTPs.
All files uploaded to our datacenter location in France remains at all time within the EU. This includes the data held on our synchronization servers, located in The Netherlands, that we use to ensure that we always have multiple copies of your data.
All files uploaded to our UK and Canada datacenter locations remain in their respective countries at all time. We do not currently provide our backup storage service in our USA datacenter location.
