We are closely following the stream of updates on Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact this pandemic is having on people and economy.

In response to the overwhelming need to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have taken precautionary measures to protect our team, so that we may continue to provide the same level of service and support you have come to expect from us.

Our team are now largely working from home. We expect that this will continue for several weeks. Given our remote environment, we will continue to operate around the clock to support your online needs during this unprecedented time.

Our datacenter locations remain staffed with on-site personal 24/7. Adjustments to the layout of onsite staff to limit in-person proximity have been made. In addition, all non-essential employees are workingg from home via video conferencing and unified messaging tools, which helps ensure consistency of support resources and continuity of service.

Based on currently available information, we continue to modify our practices and take new steps to ensure that we are providing quality service to our customers, reducing risks to our employees and their families, and sustaining the seamless operation of our business.
